1. Warranty period:
The warranty period starts from the date of purchase of the product and is:
• Furniture - 2 years for manufacturing defects, smooth operation of sliders and hinges.
• Mirrors with LED lighting - 2 years.
• The warranty applies only to products registered
• The basis for the analysis of the complaint is the presentation of the evidence about the date of purchase of the product by the consumer (e.g. based on the tax receipt).
• Any complaints must be filed directly at the point where the product was purchased.
• The settlement of the complaint request will take place within 14 days from the date when the complaint request reached the Authorized Service Point. The defects of the products that were recognized by the service point and were declared during the guarantee period will be repaired within 30 days from the date of acknowledgment of the complaint request.
• The warranty period is extended by the difference between the date of filing the complaint and the date of the repair. In case of changing the product with a new one, the warranty term starts from the date of delivery of the product without defects.
• Decisions on how to perform the repairs are made by the authorized service point
• Warranty repairs are performed at the customer's premises, at times established by telephone or otherwise, unless the warranty repair has been specified.
2. Limitations of the guarantee:
The use of the product must be in accordance with the operating instructions. In any case, the guarantee offered does not apply:
• For defects resulting from assembly that do not comply with the instructions for mounting and operating the product.
• For damage or damage to the product as a result of its transport.
•For damage the product as a result of the processing and construction changes made by the user or by third parties.
• In the case of a use that is not in accordance with the destination of the product.
• For damage or damage caused by the deposit of the stone or when using abrasive preparations for cleaning.
• For malfunctions or damage caused by the use of non-original parts or elements.
• In the case of any mechanical damage, for example knocks, scratches, scratches.
• For parts that are normally worn while using the product (e.g. gaskets, rollers, hinges.)
2.1. How to use the furniture:
• The furniture should be used according to its purpose.
• The furniture must be used in enclosed rooms and protected from adverse weather conditions. The air temperature in the rooms must be in the range of + 15 ° C to + 30 ° C.
• Proper positioning (horizontal level of furniture) is required.
• Avoid contact with lacquered surfaces with high temperatures and solvents.

For additional protection of the cabinet against water and moisture, a silicone-based kit should be applied on the contact zone between the cabinet and the floor, in accordance with
"INSTRUCTION FOR THE APPLICATION OF THE SILICON UNDER THE WORKBOARD". The brackets in the mounting kit are dedicated only for mounting the cabinet on full masonry. It is not recommended to use them on masonry with holes. It is not recommended to keep heavy objects in the cupboard.
2.2. How to maintain the furniture:
• The furniture should be cleaned with a lightly dampened or moistened fabric and the surface should be wiped off until it has dried.
• The manufacturer is not responsible for the damage of the lacquer coating caused by the use of chemicals. The use of commercially available cleaning chemicals is permitted, provided that they are first tested on surfaces covered with at invisible locations.
2.3. The outer surfaces of the product must be checked by the Buyer at the place of purchase, even if they are packed in the original packaging. Subsequent claims of defects on exterior surfaces, declared after the product has been received or assembled, will not be considered.
3. Mentions:
"This warranty for the goods purchased does not exclude or limit or terminate other rights of the buyer, rights that result from the product's inconsistency with the contract."
4. The warranty sheet that has not written the date of sale, to which the proof of purchase is not annexed, or if the stamp of the store is unreadable is considered null.
4.1 In the case of the unsubstantiated call of the service team, the user covers the travel expenses.
5. The company is not liable for any damages or damages that result from an installation carried out contrary to these instructions, and, in particular, those resulting from an installation that prevents easy and trouble-free access for the purpose of disassemble the product. The company is not liable in any form for the material or personal damages arising as a result of the circumstances defined in point 2.
6. The product that was purchased from the "so-called" exhibition cannot be claimed according to the warranty conditions.
7. The manufacturer will not bear the costs of dismantling or damaging the elements that block access to the product (faience or other materials used to finish the product) nor the costs of restoring these elements to their original state after the warranty repair is completed.
8. Authorized Service Point
• The company has a network of Authorized Service Points (abbreviated ASC) that operates throughout the country, which provides services related to installation, servicing under the guarantee conditions of the products marketed
• Installation and repair orders in the post-warranty period must be sent directly to the ASC.
• The services offered during the repair of the products that are in the warranty period, provided by the ASC are free (the basis for recognizing the product complaint is the proof of purchase, which must be legible).
• After the expiration of the warranty period, the repairs of the product are carried out for a fee.
• A claimed product must comply with basic hygiene standards.
